Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With original packaging and tags
  • With proof of purchase (order number, receipt)

Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To start a return request, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if there is damage/defect)

We will review your request and provide return instructions.


Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  1. Inspect the product
  2. Approve or reject the refund
  3. Notify you via email

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are not refundable.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will replace the product or offer a refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or worn items

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
